There are several factors that I continue to be impressed by: Easy installation in systems new or old. Energy savings - so much smarter than the “old way” of doing things.The simplicity and ease-of-use of this more sophisticated system.Remote monitoring is great. KE2Therm over delivers across the board. It saves my team and I from having to make weekend audits, and also alerts us of any issues so that we can immediately respond instead of coming in to find an entire section of ruined product.The Dependability and tech support is by far second to none.

Hey guys… just another example of how Ke2 Evap can be a game changer for remote diagnostics. A couple weeks ago I logged in and noticed it had gone crazy. There were 10 – 15 defrosts a day and large TD across the coil despite everything seemingly running properly. Earlier this week, they sent a field supervisor out to check what was going on and look for issues. The problem turned out to be a failed door frame heater in this freezer. Ice build up caused the door not to close/seal and constant infiltration was causing the coil to freeze up. Here is the graph 3 days after the door frame heater was fixed. Trust the science!! lol

Holy cow! It was starting to look like Antarctica in there with the ice building on the ceiling. I can’t believe the ice is gone. The boxes aren’t sticking together anymore. The product quality is also better, as we used to find that some of the chicken nuggets and also the hamburgers would stick together.

We have noticed a change in product quality as the product does not stick together as in the past. We have noticed that the freezer seems colder. We have also seen a dramatic reduction of ice build up in the freezer.
