Ken Rennick
Senior Manager Technical Support
Ken brings invaluable experience in training, technical support, and customer service. Ken has been with KE2 Therm since August 2016. Ken has assisted in training our technical support team on HVACR and our product operation. He served as a District Trainer/Service Technician for Sears Holdings for 30 years, earning top technician performance awards 8 times. From 2012 until joining KE2 Therm in 2016, Ken worked at Ranken Technical College, St. Louis, as a Major Appliance Technology Instructor. In addition to being an instructor for HVACR and Basic Electric courses, Ken designed, implemented, and taught the major appliance repair programs.

Dylan Dierkes
Senior Manager Technical Support
Dylan is a native of Washington, MO. Growing up, Dylan was heavily exposed to networking and computers, and attended University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO. He oversaw Quality Control at a local company prior to joining KE2 Therm as a Technical Support Analyst. He joined with little experience in HVACR and gained exposure to the product through training with our Senior Engineers and on-site installations.

Christopher Dobsch
Technical Support Analyst
Chris was born and raised in Washington, MO. He has some experience in the HVAC industry helping his father, who is now a riding boss for Welsch Heating and Cooling. Chris graduated from Saint Louis University with a bachelor's degree in computer science. For a year and a half, he worked at Parker Hannifin as an Applications Engineer for their case controllers in supermarket applications. He is now a Technical Support Analyst for KE2 Therm.

Mark Reichenbach
Product Manager
Mark’s solid knowledge of KE2 Therm products, his varied industry experience, and his meticulous attention to detail make him an ideal choice for KE2 Therm’s Product Manager.
Prior to joining KE2 Therm, Mark worked in the refrigeration industry in Japan for six years. While in Japan, Mark filled sales and technical support positions related to a variety of refrigeration controls and components. During this time, Mark also acquired certification in refrigeration from the High-Pressure Gas Safety Institute of Japan (KHK).
He joined KE2 Therm in 2015 and spent a year at the company headquarters in Washington, Missouri. During that time, he worked as an Application Engineer providing technical support, and assisting with the development of technical bulletins. In 2016, Mark transitioned to a field sales position in the Northeast region. Mark returned to KE2 Therm headquarters in late 2018 to fill the role of Product Manager.

Megan Grum

Hailing originally from various ski areas and mountains of Colorado/Utah, Megan migrated to Missouri in 2015 for her husband’s work. She holds a certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language as well as a bachelor’s degree in European Studies with a minor in Digital Media. Having been a web designer since the inception of CSS she decided to cut her teeth on print graphic design in the fast-paced newspaper/magazine industry, and since, has 17+ years in graphic, web and custom email design in various industries ranging from education, advertising, e-commerce, and B2B HVACR.
