John Whitworth

John has over 20 years of combined experience in account management, team management, and sales for KE2 Therm and at refrigeration valve manufacturers.
While at KE2 Therm, John worked for the past thirteen years as Regional Sales Manager in the Southwest, and as Market Development Manager for Retail accounts. During that time, John provided customer training, system troubleshooting, and product development programs for KE2 Therm’s customers. His tremendous success has led to his promotion to OEM Channel Manager.
John holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and is an active member of the HVACR industry. Additionally, John served on the advisory board of Oklahoma State University’s Heating and Air Conditioning program for several years.

Serge Tremblay
Regional Sales Manager

Serge brings KE2 Therm 40 years of experience and knowledge of the HVACR industry. During his career, Serge was involved at the Wholesale and OEM levels, including experience as a Sporlan Valve Co. Sales Engineer for 11 years.
He has conducted many technical seminars in Eastern Canada and participated as an invited speaker in European refrigeration symposiums. Serge holds a professional refrigeration teacher license and was a trade school refrigeration teacher for 7 years. He is a RSES Certified Member Specialist in Refrigeration.
In addition to a refrigeration and air conditioning diploma, Serge has earned degrees in HVACR design and a B.SC. Administration diploma from Sherbrooke University. Serge’s extensive experience in hands-on training and HVACR design strengthens KE2 Therm’s commitment to provide strong and accessible support for our customers.

Mike Tokarsky

Mike has over 30 years of HVACR experience including OEM product development, national sales management, engineered system design and installation.
Through his various roles, Mike has gained knowledge in equipment and controls systems related to refrigeration, HVAC systems, energy recovery, dehumidification, and heat pump designs.
Mike also owned and operated a mechanical contracting firm. Most recently, Mike was VP Electrical and Control Systems for CE Holt Refrigeration, a contractor in North Carolina. Mike is based in Michigan and is responsible for sales in our North Central Region.

Cody Delarosa

For the last several years Cody worked as a Sales Engineer for a refrigeration controls manufacturer, prior to this as a Product Manager. Cody graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to University, Cody had experience as an electrician.

Will Allen
Sales Director, Food Retail and Latin America
Will joins KE2 Therm with extensive knowledge in a wide range of refrigeration markets and applications. Most recently, Will directed the Product Development, Technical Support, Marketing, OEM, and Aftermarket sales teams throughout the Americas and the Caribbean for a HVACR controls manufacturer. Will has over 10 years of experience providing sales and support for customers in the Southeast region for a leading refrigeration controls manufacturer.
Will graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University, Marietta GA with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in May 1998.

Ryan Vanos

Ryan brings nearly two decades of comprehensive experience in the HVACR industry to his role at KE2 Therm. With a diverse background that spans from hands-on technical roles to strategic leadership positions, Ryan has honed his expertise across various facets of the field. His journey began in the trenches as a service technician, gradually progressing through roles such as controls installer, installation foreman, and controls application engineer over the course of a decade.
Transitioning to a more managerial capacity, Ryan assumed the role of lead salesman for the Controls group, where he demonstrated exceptional acumen in business development and team management. Under his guidance, the Controls group underwent significant expansion, diversifying its offerings to include line voltage electrical, low voltage electrical, controls, video, and building automation projects.
Prior to joining KE2 Therm, Ryan served as the OEM Global Deployment Manager for a prominent Building Automation manufacturer, where he played a pivotal role in driving global initiatives and ensuring operational excellence.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Ryan is deeply committed to family life, often found alongside his wife Jessica cheering on their four children at various sporting events. Additionally, they are enthusiastic supporters of their alma mater, Eastern Washington University, actively engaging in alumni activities and sporting events.
