Neal has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC&R industry in positions including Mechanical Engineer, Product Design Engineer, Product Engineer, and Product Manager. He has a detailed understanding of the science behind refrigeration and a passion for teaching.
Neal received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla, and Master of Arts in Teaching from Lindenwood University.

Brian Howse
Sale Engineer Lead
Brian comes to KE2 Therm with 35+ years in the HVACR industry. Experience includes 15 years with a large Design build contractor where he designed, installed, serviced, and maintained refrigerated spaces from small applications, walk-in coolers, and freezers to large, refrigerated warehouses. In addition to his hands-on mechanical background, Brian also has extensive experience in providing both remote and onsite technical support as well as training for customers, contractors & end users for well-known and respected Refrigeration Manufactures. Prior to joining KE2 Therm team he held the position of Eastern Regional Account Manager for a global valve and component manufacturer.
With years of hands-on experience in real world situations as well as extensive knowledge and use of KE2 Therm controllers throughout his career, Brian proves to be an asset to the KE2 Therm team.

Sales Engineer Lead
Lee began employment at KE2 Therm Solutions in 2023 with an applicable aggregate of experiences since 1977 and having focused work roles in the BAS controls niche since 1998. During that period, his roles were operations middle management, project management, design-fit sales engineering, applications engineering, programming, and field technical support. Prior to 1998, his roles as refrigeration service manager, field service technician, pipefitter, and wholesaler counter worker provide him with an assimilating awareness for our clients’ needs.
Lee’s role at KE2 Therm Solutions provides our company with a diverse resource who may quickly engage in many scenarios. His work history assures our customers that they always come first as he advocates for their best investment of their time and their budgets.

Mike came to KE2 Therm with over 11 years of IT related work experience supporting, configuring, and deploying communications technology in a multitude of environments.
His ability to assess, understand and deliver solutions within a highly technical environment made him the perfect fit for KE2 Therm’s Communications Product Specialist.
